M/s. N. Mohanlal Railtrack Pvt. Ltd. was formed and registered with Registrar of companies, Gujarat, India, with a view of setting up a new project at Baska in industrially backward district of Panch Mahals in Halol Taluka of India. The company has been promoted by Mr. Mohanlal B. Patel who was having 45 years experience in the same line i.e. manufacturing of light and heavy Railway Track Material. The new project was being setup to capture untouched market and also to meet with the commitment of supply regularly. It was decided to expand the manufacturing activities outside the trouble area of Bombay and hence this project was set up in Gujarat.

Light and heavy railway track materials are required for Railway lines owned by both by government sector as well as private sector. This equipment is necessary for installing new railway lines and also for maintenance of existing railways lines. Giant projects in private sector require having their own railway siding from nearest railway line reaching till their sites to bring their raw materials as well as dispatch finished goods. The railway siding is required in Collieries, Quarries and Mines, Cement Projects, Salt Projects, Sugar Mills, Irrigation Projects, Dams, Manganese Mines, Ports, Electricity Boards, etc. The Cost of any other media of transportation is costlier in above type of projects and hence railway siding is a must. At present, new giant projects in Gujarat are in offing and the demand of our product is surely to increase.

In last 35 years, the materials have been supplied in limited companies, in private and government sector having giant projects. We are registered with Indian Railways, since 1992. The promoter was highly confident to accomplish the set target of productions a and sales mentioned ahead and does not envisage any problem in the way of success of this new project.
